ServiceView: a customer portal running a real service business.
Patton AI designed, built and runs this portal for a Nashville commercial HVAC filter company serving Tennessee and Texas — including a major Texas grocery chain's stores. Below is the same layout with invented data and Patton AI branding — click around, then switch to the operator view.

Demo data only — every store, person and number in it is made up. Nothing you click leaves this page.
Under the hood
What's actually built and running in production.
ServiceFusion sync
Every night the portal mirrors ServiceFusion — customers, locations, jobs, invoices and photos. ServiceFusion stays the system of record; accounts that go inactive or dormant drop off the portal on their own and come back when work resumes.
AI nameplate reader
Technicians already photograph each unit's data plate. Claude vision reads make, model, serial and tonnage off the photo into a per-store equipment registry. Transcription only — uncertain readings are flagged, and a person verifies before a customer sees them.
Customer isolation
Every query is scoped to the signed-in customer, and to the stores that user is allowed to see. Each route that touches customer data ships with an isolation test — a regional manager never sees another region, let alone another customer.
Reports that leave the building
Every visit becomes a branded PDF with its photos. Monthly summaries and KPI one-pagers are generated from the same records and emailed to the right contact at each store.
The owner's morning screen
Today's book, revenue and margin, labor hours, revenue per tech, jobs not yet invoiced, receivables aged against each invoice's terms, and reconciliation queues for records that need fixing at the source.
Run like production software
Hosted on Fly.io with nightly database backups to Cloudflare R2. CI runs the test suite on every change and deploys on merge; dependencies are pinned so a surprise upstream release can't take the portal down.
Integrations
Wired into the stack the business already runs on.
ServiceFusion
Nightly sync of customers, locations, jobs, invoices and technician photos.
Live
QuickBooks
Invoice and paid status arrive through ServiceFusion's QuickBooks link; receivables aging and reconciliation are built on top.
